Here is a link of the most recent rugby laws released from the International Rugby Board (IRB).
There are several new laws that will be in effect for this fall's schedule. These laws have been used by several professional leagues for the past year and have been referred to Experimental Law Variations (ELVs) but have now been made permenent.
